The general idea of this place is to make notes on how things work, why we do things, things to remember, rotas (in various formats), things to fix, and ideas for how to do things.
Every page is free for anyone to edit, you just need to register an account (look at the top right), and then click edit at the top (left-ish), and then just type into the box that appears :)
